Price insights
- Main tube burner (single): $25 to $33
- Main burner set (5 burners): about $72
- Burner and sear plate kit: $44 to $63
- Rear rotisserie burner tube: $25 to $33
Napoleon sits in the middle of the grill market. It is more expensive than Weber, cheaper than the big luxury built-in brands, and its parts follow that same pattern. Most repairs on a Prestige or Rogue land between $25 and $200 in parts. The expensive surprises are the valve manifolds, the infrared burners, and the electronics on the newer grills with lighted knobs.
The prices below come from Napoleon and large online parts dealers, checked in October 2026. They move with the season and many Napoleon parts go in and out of stock, so use them as a starting point.

What drives the price of a Napoleon part
- The series. Napoleon sells Rogue and Freestyle at the entry level, Prestige in the middle, and Prestige PRO and the built-in 700 Series at the top. PRO parts cost noticeably more.
- Infrared. Many Napoleon grills have an infrared rear burner, an infrared side burner, or the SIZZLE ZONE. Ceramic infrared parts cost several times what a tube burner does.
- Electronics. Newer Prestige grills have LED SafetyGlow knobs, lighting harnesses, battery boxes and even tank scales. These parts add up fast.
- Availability. Napoleon parts sell out often. When a part is back ordered, some dealers charge more for what they have left.

Part by part breakdown
Burners and sear plates
Napoleon main burners are stainless tubes, and they are cheap. A single main burner runs about $25 to $33. A five-burner set for a Rogue 625 or Prestige 665 lists at about $72. Napoleon also sells kits with one burner and its matching sear plate for about $44 to $63, which makes sense when the plates are rusted too. Sear plates alone are about $12 to $29.
The tube style rear rotisserie burner on a Prestige 500 is about $25 to $33. The infrared parts are a different story. An infrared side burner runs about $120, and a full infrared burner assembly can run about $185 to $200. Our infrared burner cost guide explains why those ceramic burners cost so much, and our burner price guide compares tube burners across brands.
Napoleon covers stainless burners on many grills for a long time. Check your warranty and registration before paying for burners out of pocket.
Cooking grates
Napoleon's WAVE stainless grids are thick and last a long time, but they are not cheap. A single section runs about $96 to $111, and a full Prestige 500 stainless set is about $194. Cast iron grates on Rogue and Triumph grills run about $44 to $73 per section. See the grill grate price guide for more on materials.
Ignition
Napoleon uses battery ignition modules on most current grills. A module costs about $16 to $27 depending on how many outputs it has. Electrodes are cheap, about $5 to $9 each. A complete igniter and electrode kit for a Prestige 308 or 450 lists at about $51, and the igniter button alone is about $24. Most dead igniters on Napoleon grills are a weak battery, a cracked electrode or a wire pulled loose by heat. Our ignition parts guide walks through the usual suspects.
Valves, manifolds and regulators
On most Prestige grills Napoleon sells the valves as part of the manifold, not one at a time. A Prestige 500 manifold runs about $153 and a Prestige 665 manifold about $182. Propane hose and regulator assemblies for Prestige grills are about $28 to $38, but the Prestige PRO 825 assembly is about $170. Buy genuine Napoleon for anything that carries gas. Our grill valve cost guide has more on valve pricing.
Lights, knobs and electronics
This is where newer Napoleon grills get pricey. Plain knobs cost about $4 to $9. An LED bezel assembly is about $26, a light switch button about $24, and the wire harnesses run about $57 to $61. A battery box with firmware is about $97, and the tank scale part is about $102. The rear burner thermocouple with its harness is about $99. When the lights on a Prestige stop working, start with the batteries and connections before buying the harness.
Rotisserie
A heavy duty Napoleon rotisserie kit with motor runs about $135 for the Prestige 500 and PRO 500. See our rotisserie parts cost guide for motors and spits on other brands.
OEM vs aftermarket
Napoleon has a thinner aftermarket than Weber. You will find generic tube burners, generic regulators and universal igniter modules, but for sear plates, WAVE grates, infrared burners, manifolds and the lighting parts, genuine Napoleon is usually the only real option. Generic convertible regulators run about $20 and generic propane hoses about $28. A generic burner may fit a Rogue, but check the length, the inlet shape and the mounting tab before you buy.
For valves, manifolds, regulators and infrared burners, buy genuine.
Find your model and serial number first
Napoleon builds many versions of each model, and parts can change partway through a production run. Look for the rating label with the model and serial number on the grill body, usually on the back of the grill or inside the cart door. Built-in heads often have the label on the underside of the drip tray area or the back of the head. Write down both numbers and the gas type before you order.
DIY or hire a pro
Burners, sear plates and grates on a Napoleon are a straightforward swap for most owners. Igniter and LED harness work takes more patience because the wires run behind the control panel. Valve manifolds, infrared burners and anything on a built-in head in an island are better left to someone who does this every day. Labor cost depends on the job, travel, and whether the part has to be ordered.
Many grill repair companies in our network are dealers or have dealer accounts, so they can often bring the right Napoleon part and install it the same day. You can look up a grill tech near you by ZIP code. If the grill has years of grease buildup, a deep grill cleaning at the same visit keeps the new parts working longer.
How Pro Grill can help
Pro Grill's store does not carry Napoleon, but we can usually track down Napoleon parts, including back ordered and older ones. Just send Pro Grill a parts request with your model and serial number. Frequently asked questions
How much does a Napoleon grill burner cost?
A single stainless main burner runs about $25 to $33. A five-burner set for a Prestige 665 or Rogue 625 is about $72, and infrared burners run about $120 to $200.
Where is the serial number on a Napoleon grill?
Look for the rating label on the back of the grill body or inside the cart door. Built-in heads usually have it on the back or underside of the head.
Can I buy a single valve for my Napoleon Prestige?
On most Prestige grills the valves come as part of the manifold, which runs about $153 to $182. A pro can tell you whether your model has a single valve option.
Why did the lights on my Napoleon knobs stop working?
Usually dead batteries or a loose connector. If those are fine, the LED bezel runs about $26 and the wire harness about $57 to $61.
Are aftermarket Napoleon parts worth it?
Generic tube burners and regulators can work on some models. For sear plates, grates, infrared burners and manifolds, genuine Napoleon is usually the only good option.
