Kokomo Grills is mostly known for its prebuilt BBQ islands, the kind that arrive on a truck with the grill, fridge and sink already in place. The grill heads that go in those islands are sold under the Kokomo name too, in 3, 4 and 5 burner sizes. Parts for them are priced in the middle of the market. The catch is that Kokomo is a smaller brand, so fewer dealers stock the parts and some items take a call or an email to track down.

What drives the price of Kokomo parts
Kokomo keeps its parts list short. One main valve is used across its grills and side burners, and one stainless cooking grid fits the 3, 4 and 5 burner models. That keeps the price of common repairs down and makes it less likely you order the wrong part.
The bigger price swings come from options. Some Kokomo grills have an infrared back burner for the rotisserie, lit knobs with a light control switch, and flash tube backup lighting. Add ons like the infrared sear burner, the griddle insert and the rotisserie kit cost a few hundred dollars each.
Where you buy also matters. The same Kokomo cooking grid we found for about $59 direct was about $100 at a dealer. It pays to compare.

Part by part breakdown
Valves
The Kokomo main burner valve runs about $60, and so does the back burner valve, which also serves as the side burner valve on some units. These are the parts to buy OEM without exception. A valve that sticks, leaks or won't turn down to low should be replaced, not lubricated with whatever is in the garage. Our grill valve cost guide covers the warning signs.
Burners
Kokomo grills use stainless main burners. We couldn't confirm a current price for a replacement main burner, so it isn't in the table. If you need one, ask Pro Grill to find the part with your grill's model and size. The infrared sear zone burner runs about $200 to $250. Kokomo says it fits all of its gas grills: you pull the pin at the back of one main burner and swap the sear unit in. See the grill burner price guide and the infrared burner guide for how these compare with other brands.
Cooking grids and grates
The stock stainless cooking grid fits every Kokomo gas grill size and runs about $60 to $100 depending on the seller. If you want heavier grates, the LuxCut laser cut grates are 5/16 inch thick and run about $230. For a comparison across brands, read what replacement grates cost.
Lights and ignition
Kokomo grills use independent ignition at each burner with a flash tube as backup, so one burner that won't light usually comes down to that burner's electrode, wire or ports. The LED or interior light control switch runs about $38 and is a common fix when the knob lights quit. Our ignition parts cost guide and grill light repair guide go through how to narrow it down.
Rotisserie
Kokomo sells rotisserie kits sized for the 32 inch 4 burner and 40 inch 5 burner grills for about $230 to $290. If only the motor quit, a universal motor may work if the drive matches, but check before you buy. See rotisserie part prices.
OEM vs aftermarket for Kokomo
There isn't much true aftermarket supply for Kokomo parts. Generic grates, flame tamers and universal igniters can sometimes be made to fit if the dimensions match closely. For valves, regulators, hoses and anything else that carries gas, stick with Kokomo parts. They aren't expensive, and a poor fit inside an enclosed island is a real fire risk.
Find your model and serial number first
Before ordering, write down the grill head's size (26 inch 3 burner, 32 inch 4 burner, 40 inch 5 burner and so on), the model number, the serial number from the rating label, and whether it runs on natural gas or propane. If the grill came in a Kokomo island, note the grill model as well as the island name. The island alone doesn't tell a parts counter which grill head you have. Take a photo of the label and the inside of the firebox; it helps whoever is sourcing the part.
DIY or hire a pro
Cooking grids, the sear burner and the main burners are within reach for most homeowners. Valves, the gas manifold, lighting and ignition wiring sit behind the control panel, and because Kokomo grills almost always live in an island, getting to them from below can be tight. Labor depends on access, corrosion, and whether the tech has the part in hand. Any gas repair should end with a leak test.
Most service companies in our network are dealers or have dealer accounts, so they can often source a hard to find part and install it in the same visit. Search for a local grill tech or go straight to grill repair pros. Since these grills live in full islands, an outdoor kitchen cleaning is a good time to have the grill checked.
