BBQ Grease Fires

Without regular BBQ maintenance your grill will not operate smoothly and may not operate safely or at the standard of cleanliness you would want and expect. However, BBQ safety is still the number 1 priority everyone should be concerned about. Unfortunately it is all to common that BBQ owners do not clean their grills and sometimes these grills have years of build up.

When proper cleaning standards are not applied, heated grease will accumulate, eventually liquify and vaporize and this can lead to the ignition of a grease fire. The video below is a perfect example of what happens we a BBQ is not cleaned of old, left-over grease.
