How often should I have my BBQ grill professionally cleaned?

What does a professional BBQ grill cleaning include?
A professional cleaning goes well beyond brushing the cooking grates. Pro Grill disassembles the grill so our technicians can clean the burners, heat plates, briquette trays, firebox, drip system, grates, and exterior surfaces. Can I just burn off the grease instead of having my grill cleaned?
Turning the grill to high heat may burn residue off the cooking surface, but it does not remove grease and debris that have collected inside the grill. Do you clean Traeger pellet grills and smokers?

Why is one side of my grill hotter than the other?

Do you come to my home or do I bring the grill to you?
We come to you. Pro Grill is a mobile BBQ service, and our technicians arrive with the tools and cleaning equipment needed to perform the work at your property. There is no need to disconnect or transport your grill. We service both freestanding grills and built-in outdoor kitchens.
Do you service HOA communities and commercial properties?

What should I do if I find mold or rodent droppings in my grill?
